শপিং কর্নার পণ্যের তথ্য, বিবরণ এবং ছবি অনলাইনে রাখার সময় খুব যত্ন নেয় কিন্তু প্রদত্ত কোনো তথ্যে কোনো ভুল বা বাদ পড়ার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

দাম

শপিং কর্নারের ওয়েবসাইটে নির্দেশিত দামগুলি BDT (বাংলাদেশ টাকা) তে দেখানো হয়েছে এবং তা ডেলিভারি খরচ অন্তর্ভুক্ত না করে। ডেলিভারি খরচ পরিষ্কারভাবে চেকআউট পৃষ্ঠায় দেখানো হয় এবং পণ্যের দাম ছাড়াও অর্ডারের শেষে চালান করা হয়। আমরা যেকোনো মুহূর্তে আমাদের মূল্য পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি কিন্তু অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় এটি আপনাকে নির্দেশিত করা হবে।

বিতরণ

শপিং কর্নার ওয়েবসাইটে নির্দেশিত ডেলিভারি সময়কে সম্মান করার জন্য তার ক্ষমতায় সবকিছু করে। যাইহোক, আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো ঘটনার কারণে দেরিতে বিতরণের জন্য আমরা দায়ী হতে পারি না।

প্রত্যাবর্তন নীতিমালা:

আপনি যদি এমন একটি পণ্য পান যা শিপিং-এ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা আপনার অর্ডার করা পণ্য নয়, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে এটি শপিং কর্নারে ফেরত দিন এবং আমরা বিনিময়ের ব্যবস্থা করব। তবে কিছু শর্ত প্রযোজ্য। ঐগুলি :

ডেলিভারি পার্সনের সামনে (ঢাকার ভিতরে) অর্ডার চেক করতে হবে।

• যদি আপনি কোনো ত্রুটি খুঁজে পান এবং আপনি মনে করেন যে আপনাকে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে, তাহলে যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব একটি ছবি সহ "গ্রাহক পরিষেবা বিভাগ" কে জানান এবং অবিলম্বে তা ফেরত দিন। (ঢাকার ভিতরে)

• পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে তা প্রাপ্তির পর অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে এবং পণ্যটি প্রাপ্তির দিন থেকে 3 দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে। (ঢাকার বাইরে)

• পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অক্ষত থাকতে হবে, তবে ব্যতিক্রম হতে পারে (যদি পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়)।

• ব্যবহৃত বা জড়ান পণ্য বিনিময় বা ফেরতের জন্য বিবেচনা করা হবে না।

• গ্রাহক যদি নিজেরাই বেছে নেন বা অর্ডার দেন এবং পণ্যটি ফেরত/পরিবর্তন করতে চান (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ছাড়া) অনুরোধটি গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

• এবং ব্যতিক্রমী পরিস্থিতিতে ফেরত দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই পরিবহন খরচ দিতে হবে।

• পণ্যের সাথে বিক্রীত দ্রব্যের আসল তালিকা রসিদ অবশ্যই ফেরত দিতে হবে।

যাচাইকরণ:

একবার আমরা আপনার ফেরত পণ্যটি পেয়ে গেলে, পণ্যটি পণ্য উন্নয়ন এবং পরিদর্শন বিভাগে পাঠানো হবে। সমস্যাটি যাচাই করতে 1-2 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে এবং যাচাই করার পরে যদি এটি পাওয়া যায় যে দাবিটি বৈধ, তাহলে পণ্যটি বিনিময় করা হবে বা অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

দাবিটি বৈধ না হলে শপিং কর্নার টাকা বিনিময় বা ফেরত দিতে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

পরিবর্তন

আমাদের একমাত্র বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করার জন্য যে কোন সময় আমরা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। যদি একটি সংশোধন বস্তুগত হয়, আমরা কোনো নতুন শর্ত কার্যকর হওয়ার আগে কমপক্ষে 15 দিনের নোটিশ প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করব। কোন বস্তুগত পরিবর্তন গঠন করে তা আমাদের নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারিত হবে।

এই সংশোধনগুলি কার্যকর হওয়ার পরে আমাদের পরিষেবা অধিগত করার ক্ষমতা বা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়ার মাধ্যমে, আপনি সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন। আপনি যদি নতুন শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন তবে দয়া করে পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করা বন্ধ করুন৷

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য:

কোনো পণ্য কুরিয়ারে প্রেরন করার পর যদি কুরিয়ার সেই পণ্য প্রেরন করতে বিলম্ব করে তা হলে আমাদের সে ক্ষেত্রে কোনো দায়ভার বর্তাবে না।

Product information

Shopping Corner takes great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.

Prices

The prices indicated on the website of Shopping Corner are shown in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and do not include delivery costs. The delivery costs are clearly shown in the checkout page and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.

Delivery

Shopping Corner does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for late delivery caused by any incident beyond our control.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to Shopping Corner and we'll arrange for a replacement. But some conditions apply. Those are:

·Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).

·If you find any defect and you think you need to return the product, inform the “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture and return it instantly. (Inside Dhaka)

·If product is damaged it must be informed immediately after receiving and retuned within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)

·Product must be intact, however there can be exception (if the product is damaged).

·Used or Swathed product will not be considered for exchange or refund.

·If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and want to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.

·And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, customer must pay the transportation cost.

·Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.

Verification:

Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged or money will be refunded.

If the claim is not valid then Shopping Corner will not be liable to exchange or return the money.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
